Exchange Instructions

Our exchange program is an optional but not required program we have to help both the customer and MJSperformance. Once you receive your parts from us, if you decide you want to ship back your parts, just reuse the box your parts came in and send them back to us, once we receive them we refund you.

This is for customers who have bought our exhaust and you plan on sending your stock parts back for a refund.

When you ship your items to us please include on a sheet of paper the last 4 of your invoice number if you have one or paypal email address, include the last 4 digits of your CC, your name and ph# and place it inside the box.

You may use your refund for a store credit if you wish to do so.

This is so we know who to send the money to.  Your payment will be given when we receive your parts.

We get a lot of shipments in everyday and will not be able to determine who is who without this information.

When shipping to us just reuse the box your exhaust comes in, this saves you money as well.

Please be sure to get a tracking number with the carrier you use incase we do not receive it you can track it.
